We are therefore ideally placed to assist our clients with their Will writing and estate planning needs. Our Will writers will work with you to ensure that your Will is an integral part of your financial planning. Your estate will be dealt with as you would wish, leaving nothing to chance, whether your priority is reducing your Inheritance Tax bill, protecting your home or ensuring that you leave your assets to the right people. We are also able to give advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney and certify applications to the Office of the Public Guardian.
